Perinatal Mental Health Week is a time to raise awareness and break the stigma.

Perinatal Mental Health Week is a powerful, national collaboration of 56 organisations. We unite to create understanding, reduce stigma and provide education and support.

Through Perinatal Mental Health Week, we are able to share many supports and resources that are available for expectant and new parents in their most vulnerable time, specific to their need.
